What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Crowborough and work across East Sussex, West Sussex and Kent, including Tunbridge Wells, Lewes, Brighton, Eastbourne, Horsham, Haywards Heath and nearby villages.
Is your floor sanding dust-free?
We use dust-controlled equipment that captures most of the dust as we work. No sanding is truly 100% dust-free, but it is far cleaner than traditional sanding.
Do you fit new wood floors too?
Yes. We install engineered wood, solid wood, parquet and herringbone floors. We also check the subfloor and moisture levels so the floor is fitted properly from the start.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold £10m public liability insurance and can provide documents on request.
Can old floorboards really be brought back?
Often, yes. A floor that looks tired or badly marked can sometimes be restored by sanding away the old finish and applying a new one. If the boards are too thin, damaged or unstable, we’ll tell you.
How long does the finish smell last?
We use modern low-odour finishes where suitable. Any smell usually fades quickly, and we’ll explain when the floor can be walked on again before we leave.
Can you restore stone, marble or limestone floors?
Yes. We clean, hone, polish and seal marble, limestone, travertine, slate, terrazzo and quarry tiles where suitable. We can also clean grout and advise on sealing.
